Riyadh To Host Cityscape Global 2024 Under The Theme 'The Future Of Living'
Saudi Arabia is preparing to host Cityscape Global for the second year in a row from November 11 to 14, 2024. The event, themed "The Future of Living," will take place in Malham, Riyadh. It is organised under the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's guidance, with support from the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program.
The exhibition is managed by Tahaluf, a collaboration involving the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC. This global real estate event will feature over 400 institutional investors and prominent brands from architecture and design sectors worldwide.

Among the notable international participants are HKS Inc., a US-based architecture leader; Germany's HPP International Planungsgesellschaft mBH; and Edwin Cheong from Singapore's "Emotive Experience Art Studio." These firms will showcase their expertise alongside other global entities.
The exhibition will offer seven specialised platforms focusing on technology, sustainability, and quality. A new platform dedicated to stadiums and mega events will be introduced. Additionally, young entrepreneurs will have a space to share their experiences. A networking lounge will also be available to encourage partnerships.
The event will highlight innovations in real estate technology with insights from over 500 experts discussing future industry trends. The spotlight will be on design and architecture (DNA), emphasising cutting-edge developments in these fields.
Cityscape Global aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives by enhancing life quality and attracting foreign investments. The increasing number of international companies reflects Saudi Arabia's appealing economic opportunities and thriving real estate market.
Exhibitors and Conferences
More than 400 exhibitors are expected at the event, including AFEX – Architectes Francais à L'Export, representing over 200 professionals in architecture and design. Flambard Williams, a UK-based real estate firm, will debut at Cityscape Global with high-yield opportunities in top UK cities like Manchester's Angel Gardens development.
The event will host several conferences such as the Future of Living Summit, Asset Horizons conference, and an Institutional Investors' Forum. These gatherings aim to foster dialogue on emerging trends and investment strategies within the real estate sector.
This year's Cityscape Global promises to be a significant platform for showcasing innovative projects while promoting collaboration among industry leaders worldwide.
