Riyadh International Philosophy Conference Concludes With Focus On Enhancing Quality Of Life Through Philosophy

The Riyadh International Philosophy Conference recently concluded at the King Fahd National Library in Riyadh. Organised by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission (LPTC), the event brought together 60 speakers from across the globe. They explored how philosophy can contribute to human flourishing and improve quality of life in a multicultural world.

For the first time, this conference in Saudi Arabia collaborated with esteemed international bodies like New Philosopher and The School of Life. This partnership highlighted the Kingdom's dedication to intellectual growth and cultural dialogue by connecting scholarly ideas with practical applications.

LPTC CEO Dr. Mohammed bin Hassan Alwan stated that the conference aims to boost philosophy's role in tackling today's pressing issues. He emphasised that meaningful dialogue among global thinkers is crucial for addressing these challenges effectively.
