Riyadh Hosts The International Falcons And Hunting Exhibition 2025 Featuring Global Participation
The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2025 began at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham, from October 2 to 11. Organised by the Saudi Falcons Club, it boasts over 1,300 exhibitors from 45 countries, making it the largest event of its kind worldwide.
Saudi Falcons Club CEO Talal AlShamaisi highlighted the exhibition as a global hub for authentic Saudi heritage, including falconry and hunting. He stated that the event showcases the Kingdom's dedication to being a home for falconers. It features innovative programs that merge culture, entertainment, and education to pass on knowledge to younger generations while building strategic partnerships.

Visitors can enjoy a range of interactive experiences such as Saudi Ardah and other folkloric shows. The event also includes camel and falcon auctions, karting, camel riding, shooting ranges, and more than 30 craft and training workshops. These activities aim to preserve national heritage while opening investment opportunities in culture, entertainment, tourism, and environmental sectors.
A key attraction is the Melwah Race held from October 5 to 10. To boost participation, the number of winners has been increased to ten daily across six categories. This results in a total of 60 winners with prizes amounting to SAR600,000.
The exhibition reflects efforts to preserve falconry as part of national identity and a globally recognised human legacy. The club's mission aligns with these efforts by offering programs that blend cultural elements with educational aspects. This approach ensures that knowledge is transferred effectively to new generations.
Every year, hundreds of thousands visit the exhibition. It successfully combines heritage preservation with expanding investment horizons in various sectors like culture and tourism.
The event's international reach underscores its significance as a platform for cultural exchange and economic growth within Saudi Arabia. By attracting diverse participants globally, it strengthens the Kingdom's position as a leader in promoting traditional practices like falconry on an international stage.
