Riyadh Prepares For First TOURISE 2025 Summit Under HRH The Crown Prince’s Patronage

Riyadh is gearing up to host the first TOURISE Summit (TOURISE 2025) from November 11 to 13, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Organised by the Ministry of Tourism, this event aims to shape the future of global tourism by fostering growth and sustainability. It will gather leaders from sectors like technology, aviation, and entertainment.

The summit will focus on developing innovative solutions to help the tourism industry tackle future challenges and thrive over the next five decades. Discussions will cover various topics, including artificial intelligence in tourism, bold investment models, and sustainable practices that balance people and the planet. The event aims to stimulate major investments and shape future policies.

Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb expressed his gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince for his generous patronage. He stated that this support enhances the event's reach and influence. "Work is progressing on all fronts to empower our vital sector," he noted, highlighting Saudi Arabia's readiness and competitiveness in tourism.

Al-Khateeb emphasized that HRH the Crown Prince's support aligns with Saudi Vision 2030. This vision includes a strong focus on boosting the tourism sector. He pointed out that Saudi Arabia ranked first among G20 countries in international tourist arrivals for 2024. The country also led globally in tourism revenue growth from inbound visitors.

The summit will feature a dynamic agenda with discussions, panels, and interactive experiences built around four key axes: addressing challenges, seizing growth opportunities, stimulating investments, and shaping policies. These sessions aim to explore rapid transformations in tourism.
