Riyadh Gears Up For The 8th Future Investment Initiative This October

Under the auspices of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the 8th Future Investment Initiative (FII) will occur from October 29 to 31, 2024. The event will be hosted at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. This year's theme is "Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow," focusing on how investment can foster a prosperous and sustainable future.

Global leaders, including heads of state, industry captains, financiers, and thought leaders, will converge to discuss various critical topics. These include the economic role of Global South countries, women's leadership roles, climate change, economic challenges, investment strategies, and leveraging technology for human progress. Discussions will also touch on economic stability, equitable development, artificial intelligence, innovation, health, and geopolitics.

The FII Institute's CEO and board member Richard Attias highlighted the importance of this year's theme. He stated, "Our theme, Infinite Horizons, points to the limitless prospects that the future offers and how, collectively, we can take advantage of the changes happening under our feet to create a better world. Infinite Horizons will drive conversations leading to a future where investment knows no bounds for the good of all."

This year’s FII is set to attract around 6,000 delegates. More than 500 speakers will address timely topics across over 200 sessions. As in previous editions, discussions will be data-driven to ensure objective insights are prioritized over subjective opinions.
