Riyadh To Host Third Saudi Forum For 4IR In October 2025 With Global Leaders Participating

Riyadh is set to host the 3rd Saudi Forum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) from October 29–30, 2025. Organised by the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR Saudi Arabia), in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), this event will focus on "Frontiers of Global Technology." The forum highlights Saudi Arabia's position as a key player in global innovation.

The forum aims to foster dialogue and knowledge exchange on emerging technologies. It aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to build a diversified, knowledge-based economy. This year's edition will feature over 90 speakers, including ministers and senior officials from various sectors such as government, academia, and private enterprises.

Riyadh Hosts Third Saudi Forum for 4IR

Participants will engage in discussions centred around six main themes: Intelligent Economy, Future of Industry, Beyond Digital, Future-Proofing Society, Responsible Technology and Ethical Boundaries, and Strategic Resources for the 4IR Economy. These themes are designed to explore different facets of technological advancement and its implications.

The forum will include more than 25 high-level panel discussions and specialised workshops. These sessions will feature national and international leaders who will share insights on innovation and advanced technology. The event will also serve as a platform for signing agreements that bolster the Kingdom's tech ecosystem.

An exhibition showcasing advanced technologies and future solutions will be part of the forum. This exhibition aims to highlight cutting-edge innovations that are shaping the future. Additionally, the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Quantum Economy Network Meeting will occur alongside the forum.

This meeting will gather over 80 senior leaders from governments, corporations, universities, and international organisations. They will discuss global cooperation in quantum technologies and responsible innovation practices. Such gatherings aim to promote collaboration across different sectors.

The event underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to being a regional hub for technological advancement. It provides a platform for policy-shaping on frontier technologies while supporting economic diversification goals outlined in Vision 2030.
