Riyadh To Host Cityscape Global In November 2024 Focusing On Future Of Living Innovations
Saudi Arabia is preparing to host the Cityscape Global event for the second year in a row from November 11 to 14, 2024. This major real estate exhibition will take place in Malham, Riyadh, under the theme "The Future of Living." The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, along with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, are overseeing this event.
The exhibition is organized by Tahaluf, a collaboration between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC. It is expected to attract over 400 institutional investors and leading global brands in real estate, architecture, and design. Notable participants include HKS Inc. from the US, Germany's HPP International Planungsgesellschaft mBH, and Singapore's Edwin Cheong.

Cityscape Global will feature seven specialized platforms showcasing innovative projects in technology, sustainability, and quality. A new platform will focus on stadiums and mega events. Additionally, young entrepreneurs will have a dedicated space to share their experiences. A networking lounge will be available to encourage collaborations and partnerships among attendees.
The event will also host several key conferences such as the Future of Living Summit, Asset Horizons conference, and an Institutional Investors' Forum. These gatherings aim to highlight advancements in design and architecture while exploring innovations in real estate technology.
More than 400 exhibitors are expected at Cityscape Global. Among them is AFEX – Architectes Francais à L'Export, a French association representing over 200 professionals in architecture and design. Flambard Williams from the UK will make its debut at this event by offering high-yield real estate opportunities in major UK cities like Manchester.
This exhibition aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 goals by aiming to improve quality of life and attract foreign investment. The increasing number of international companies participating highlights Saudi Arabia's strong economy and promising real estate market.
