Riyadh Prepares To Host The Second Global Labor Market Conference Under King Salman's Patronage

Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development will host the 2nd edition of the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC) in Riyadh on January 29-30, 2025. Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi expressed appreciation for the generous sponsorship and emphasized its positive impact on the Kingdom's efforts to modernize labor market practices, bringing them in line with international standards.

The conference aims to serve as a global platform for dialogue, addressing opportunities and challenges in labor markets. It seeks to develop strategic solutions that align with the ambitious goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The event will play a crucial role in solidifying GLMC's position as a premier platform dedicated to labor market research.

Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi highlighted that this edition would foster dialogue, share knowledge, and collaborate with partners like the International Labor Organization, the World Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme.
