The National Housing Company reported that sales by its partners rose from SAR 2 billion on the first day to over SAR 5 billion by the end of the second day. The National Housing Company has introduced exclusive discounts of up to SAR 100,000 on residential units during this period. Their aim is to facilitate ownership of over 100,000 units across Saudi Arabia. These offers are designed to attract potential buyers looking for affordable housing solutions.

These include fixed, reduced monthly installments throughout the construction phase and competitive profit margin rates as low as 2.59% until November's end.
