Rental Disputes Center Secures AED 3 Million Donation To Aid Struggling Families In Dubai

The "Yad Al Khair" Committee, part of Dubai's Rental Disputes Center, has received a generous AED 3 million donation from the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment. This contribution aims to resolve humanitarian cases and assist individuals detained due to unpaid rental judgments, reflecting the UAE's spirit of solidarity and social cohesion.

Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, expressed gratitude to both the Rental Disputes Center and the charity establishment for their significant support in social causes. He praised the AED 3 million contribution to the "Yad Al Khair" Committee, which helps maintain stable relationships between landlords and tenants, ensuring a sustainable real estate environment in Dubai.

Judge Abdul Qader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Center, also thanked the charity establishment for its generous support.
