Red Sea Global Celebrates Graduation Of Over 1,000 Young Saudi Leaders In Hospitality And Tourism
Red Sea Global has celebrated the graduation of over 1,000 young Saudis from its educational and training programs. These initiatives are part of the "Red Sea Global Education Framework," a national model aimed at preparing future leaders in hospitality, tourism, and regenerative development in Saudi Arabia. This framework combines global academic standards with Saudi cultural identity to meet labor market demands.
The educational journey spans two and a half years, starting with English language foundations. Students then receive internationally accredited vocational training and hands-on field experience. The program concludes with guaranteed employment opportunities within Red Sea Global's destinations. This approach ensures graduates are well-prepared for the workforce.

Strong partnerships underpin this framework, including collaborations with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and private sector partners. These alliances ensure that the program aligns with national localization targets and meets global quality standards.
Turki Al-Jawini, Director General of HRDF, highlighted the importance of these partnerships: "Our partnership with Red Sea Global is a prime example of the synergy between the public and private sectors in realizing Vision 2030 objectives. Through investment in Saudi youth via structured training, practical experience, and guaranteed career pathways, we are building the national workforce that will lead the Kingdom’s future."
Red Sea Global collaborates with international hotel operators and specialized culinary institutions like Bunyan Academy to enhance graduate competitiveness. This blend of Saudi authenticity with world-class excellence prepares students for both local and global markets.
Fadi Al-Asiri, Director General of Education and Capability Building at Red Sea Global, emphasized: "Our educational framework is not merely an initiative—it is a system redefining the relationship between education, training, and employment in Saudi Arabia. By integrating global academic standards, practical experience, and guaranteed job opportunities, we empower Saudi youth to transition from classrooms to the world stage confidently."
A National Roadmap for Collaboration
The "Red Sea Global Education Framework" serves as a national roadmap for cross-sector collaboration. It invites public and private entities to co-design programs, exchange expertise, and expand this integrated educational model across Saudi Arabia. This initiative contributes to building sustainable destinations while empowering generations capable of sustaining them.
Ahmed Ghazi Darwish, Chief Administrative Officer at Red Sea Global, stated: "At Red Sea Global, we believe that true transformation begins with people. That is why we designed a comprehensive educational framework that goes beyond conventional training. It equips Saudi youth not only with technical skills but also with purpose, confidence, and a global vision."
This framework represents an innovative approach to education in Saudi Arabia by embedding it within its regenerative development mission. As these graduates enter the workforce equipped with skills and confidence, they are poised to contribute significantly to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
