Real Estate Future Forum 2026 In Riyadh Opens With Broad International Participation

The Real Estate Future Forum 2026 opens in Riyadh under the patronage of Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority. The fifth edition carries the theme "Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving."

This year’s forum coincides with the updated Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis coming into force. The new regulation creates structured channels for foreign investors, increases the Saudi real estate market’s appeal, and supports stable, long-term sector growth across the Kingdom’s regions.

Strong domestic and international interest is seen in the Real Estate Future Forum 2026, which gathers decision-makers, experts, and investors from more than 140 countries. Around 300 speakers from government, executive leadership, and both public and private sectors are scheduled to participate in the event.

The presence of many influential local and international figures underlines the advanced status reached by the Saudi real estate sector worldwide. Participants from within the Kingdom and abroad will discuss current market directions, strategic opportunities, and long-term plans shaping real estate activity in Saudi Arabia.

The programme includes more than 40 dialogue sessions and several closed meetings. These sessions will address the future of urban planning, design of residential communities, health and environmental considerations, social sustainability, and how real estate technologies support city development and green building practices in Saudi Arabia.

Economists, investors, and real estate ecosystem specialists will examine how technology, data, and innovative planning can improve housing options and community services. Discussions will also cover how sustainable development goals align with current real estate projects and long-term strategies in different Saudi regions.

A specialised real estate exhibition will run alongside the Real Estate Future Forum 2026, featuring major local and international companies and entities.
