RDH Launches AED 1.2 Billion Waterfront Radisson Residences On Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Radisson Residences Al Reem Island is being launched as a standalone branded residential project, adding a new waterfront address to Abu Dhabi’s real estate market. The development targets residents and investors seeking managed, design-focused homes within a lifestyle district close to the city centre.

Royal Development Holding, a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, is developing the AED1.2 billion scheme with Radisson Hotel Group. The project will deliver three towers on a shared podium overlooking mangroves around 20 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi, with completion planned by the end of 2027.

The Radisson Residences Al Reem Island masterplan is centred on coastal living, with buildings oriented towards tidal waterways and mangrove views. The towers contain studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, plus two- and four-bedroom townhouses, offering different layouts for end-users and long-term investors.

Interiors at Radisson Residences Al Reem Island follow a coastal theme, using natural materials and warm colours. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous balconies and outdoor-focused floorplans are intended to keep living areas visually linked with the shoreline, mangrove landscape and wider waterfront environment.

Residents at Radisson Residences Al Reem Island will have access to a waterfront pool deck, fitness and yoga spaces, landscaped courtyards and recreational lounges. Concierge services are connected to the Radisson Rewards Programme, while surrounding retail, dining and leisure venues support Al Reem Island’s growth as a lifestyle-focused urban district.

Royal Development Holding positions Radisson Residences Al Reem Island as the first standalone Radisson Residences globally and the first branded residential project on Al Reem Island.
