Ramadan Arcade At Manarat Al Saadiyat: A Blend Of Culture And Entertainment

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of the Ramadan Arcade, now in its 6th edition. This community-centric event is scheduled to light up Manarat Al Saadiyat from 21st to 31st March, operating from 21:00 to 2:00. Over the years, Ramadan Arcade has established itself as a cornerstone event for Abu Dhabi’s youth and residents, fostering a sense of community and togetherness during the holy month.

This year's edition is poised to offer an even richer tapestry of cultural, artistic, and entertainment experiences. For the first time, The Pink Majlis Community will curate a ladies-only experience, featuring an assortment of workshops and gaming tournaments. The event’s main stages will come alive with a diverse lineup of musical performances. Attendees can look forward to daily sessions and a special Ramadan concert by Bait Al Oud, alongside traditional Malid performances and instrumental showcases by The Fridge Entertainment.

Ramadan Arcade: Culture & Fun

A highlight of this year's Ramadan Arcade is 'Majeediyat', a captivating performance that reinterprets the beloved songs of Abdul Majeed Abdallah. Directed by Rowdha Al Sayegh and featuring Musician and Qanun Player Odai Al-Suliman, this performance promises to be a memorable experience. Additionally, the event will host a comedy night by 808 Entertainment, with performances by popular Arab comedians Mina Liccione, Ali Al Sayed, Abz Ali, and Abdullah Al Qassab.

Abu Dhabi Gaming is set to enhance the gaming experience at Ramadan Arcade by introducing exclusive Emirati-made board games. Visitors can also enjoy VR stations by Pixoul Gaming, classic arcades, board games, and the Arcade’s renowned FIFA and Carom tournaments. An interactive photobooth by Concept. Abd will offer attendees the opportunity to capture Instagram-worthy moments.

This year’s event will also see a collective of emerging local artists from 'Studio Untitled' hosting workshops and showcasing their upcoming projects. Artists Adham Al Saiari, Shama Al Hamed, Wadeema Al Hamadi, Maryam Al Zaabi, and Safeya Alblooshi will present interactive art installations that explore themes of community, traditions, and culture through their unique perspectives.

Ramadan Arcade continues to be a beacon for cultural expression and community engagement in Abu Dhabi. With its blend of art, music, comedy, gaming, and interactive installations, the event promises an enriching and memorable experience for all attendees.
