Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority Recognised As One Of The Best Workplaces For Women In GCC 2024
Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) has once again been recognised as a top workplace for women in the GCC for 2024. This accolade, awarded by the "Great Place to Work" organisation, highlights RAKTDA's dedication to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. The recognition comes shortly after RAKTDA was certified as a Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row. It also secured a spot on the ‘Best Workplaces in the Middle East™ 2024’ list. These achievements underscore RAKTDA’s efforts to foster an inclusive culture. The authority's workforce in 2024 includes over 80 members from 27 nationalities, with a gender ratio of 43 women to 39 men.

These roles include Director of Government Relations & Events, Vice President Finance & Corporate Services, Senior Director Human Resources, Vice President Commercial Gaming, and Vice President Marketing & Communications.
