RAK Properties Unveils Mirasol Resort Within Mina Masterplan For 2025

RAK Properties has shared the latest developments on its flagship project, Mina, which is set to become Ras Al Khaimah's top island lifestyle destination. The first project within Mina, named Mirasol, will launch in 2025 on Raha Island. This resort-inspired living concept will feature a restaurant developed with Spanish Michelin star chef Vicente Torres.

Mina spans 4 million square metres and includes three districts: Raha Island, Hayat Island, and Lagoons. It is located along Ras Al Khaimah's pristine coastline, near key economic hubs of the emirate. The project is part of a AED 5 billion GDV pipeline for 2025, central to RAK Properties' growth strategy focused on sustainable development and community connectivity.
