Rabdan Academy Celebrates 2025 Graduation Ceremony With Focus On Leadership And Resilience

Rabdan Academy is set to host its 2025 graduation ceremony on 15 September at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The event will be attended by H.H. Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, alongside senior officials and representatives from national institutions. This highlights the Academy's significant role in academic excellence and leadership both nationally and globally.

The ceremony, themed "Leaders of Resilience," celebrates graduates' readiness to tackle current demands while preparing for future challenges. This aligns with Rabdan Academy's mission to equip national leaders with knowledge, expertise, and resilience. The graduating class includes 233 students from seven academic programmes at bachelor’s and master’s levels, such as Business Continuity Management and Homeland Security.

Rabdan Academy's graduates reflect both institutional and international diversity. They represent key national entities, self-funded students, and scholarship recipients. Additionally, international graduates from Afghanistan, Indonesia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will participate in the ceremony. This underscores the Academy's expanding global influence.

The Academy has achieved a top "5-Star" rating in six categories of the QS Stars University Rating System: Teaching, Facilities, Employability, Global Engagement, Academic Development, and Good Governance. These accomplishments align with UAE Centennial Plan 2071 objectives to ensure national resilience against future challenges.

Salem Saeed Al Saeedi, Vice President of Rabdan Academy, affirmed that the 2025 graduating class reflects the success of the Academy’s unique educational model which integrates academic study with vocational training. He added: "We ensure that our programmes are constantly updated and benchmarked against leading global universities. We also enrich students’ journey with real-world experience through simulations and field visits empowering our graduates to confidently embrace the challenges and opportunities of the future."
