Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), the main developer of Qiddiya City, has partnered with Deloitte to introduce a Dynamic Guest Management System. This system aims to transform visitor experiences at its attractions, including Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia water park. The system is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe, and Sprinklr, enhancing customer relationship management and marketing automation.

The collaboration between QIC and Deloitte focuses on meeting guests' changing needs by offering a seamless and personalised experience. This new system will integrate various aspects of guest management across Qiddiya City's key attractions. It aims to position the city as a leader in innovative guest experiences.
