Qiddiya And Adeera Join Forces To Redefine Saudi Hospitality Experience
Qiddiya Investment Company has partnered with Adeera Hospitality, a national hospitality firm established by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). This collaboration will see Adeera manage a range of hotels in Qiddiya City, envisioned as the future hub for entertainment, sports, and culture. The partnership aims to redefine hotel management by integrating Saudi identity into hospitality experiences, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030's goals for economic diversification through tourism.
Abdullah AlDawood, Managing Director of Qiddiya Investment Company, stated: "This partnership reflects Qiddiya’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences rooted in excellence, quality, and Saudi identity. Adeera brings the depth, readiness, and Saudi-rooted identity needed to bring our hospitality vision to life. We are leveraging a national champion purpose-built to deliver authentic Saudi hospitality at scale."

Adeera's CEO Stefan Leser shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration: "We are honored to be part of this landmark national project. This partnership sets the tone for what Adeera was built to do—to power Saudi Arabia’s ambitious hospitality pipeline with living, breathing brands that embody the hospitable Saudi culture. We are not just managing hotels; we are showcasing what Saudi hospitality means on the world stage."
The announcement also introduced Adeera’s portfolio of hotel brands born in Saudi Arabia. These include Alia, a luxury brand; Sama, offering a vibrant five-star lifestyle experience; and Noor, an efficient mid-market concept. Each brand is designed to reflect transformation energy and set new standards rooted in Saudi culture while being globally relevant.
The names Alia, Sama, and Noor draw inspiration from words in the Saudi national anthem. This adds cultural depth to Adeera's brand identity. The collaboration strengthens strategic alignment under PIF's umbrella and supports developing integrated tourism infrastructure in Qiddiya City.
Qiddiya City is gearing up to welcome millions of visitors annually with attractions like Six Flags Qiddiya and Aquarabia—the region's largest water park. This development is expected to attract global tourists thanks to its world-class offerings.
This partnership signifies a step towards enhancing tourism infrastructure in line with Vision 2030. It highlights how local culture can be showcased on an international platform through innovative hospitality solutions.
