Qatar's MCIT Launches Survey To Enhance Digital Inclusivity Among Citizens
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT in Qatar has embarked on an ambitious project to assess the state of digital inclusivity among its citizens and residents. This initiative, a comprehensive survey, is divided into two primary phases: an initial outreach through SMS messages and a follow-up through personal interviews slated over the forthcoming two weeks. The project is scheduled for completion by June 8,2024.
The overarching goal of this survey is to procure insights into how the populace engages with digital technologies and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing digital inclusivity. The MCIT is inviting broad participation from the public to ensure that the findings accurately represent the community's digital experiences and necessities. This exercise is not only aimed at understanding and addressing the digital requirements of the population but also at gathering critical data to refine digital services and foster inclusivity across Qatar.
