Qassim Governor Commends Buraidah's Impact At UNESCO Creative Cities Conference
Governor of Qassim Region Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz commended the Qassim Chamber of Commerce for their report on Buraidah's participation in the 16th Annual Conference of UNESCO's Creative Cities Network. The event took place from July 1 to 5 in Braga, Portugal. Prince Faisal received the report during a meeting with Secretary General of Al-Qassim Chamber Mohammad Al-Hanaya and UNESCO liaison officer Suleiman Al-Qafari.
The Qassim Chamber is responsible for activating Buraidah's file within UNESCO's Creative Cities Network. They are tasked with implementing and monitoring necessary requirements to maintain this status. During the meeting, Prince Faisal praised the chamber's efforts, which have made Buraidah a prominent global city.
