Presight Partners With Dubai Taxi Company To Accelerate AI-Driven Mobility Transformation
Presight and Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at GITEX Global 2025. This collaboration aims to develop AI solutions that will speed up Dubai's shift towards smart and sustainable transportation. The agreement was formalised by Ammar Rashid Albreiki, Chief Operations Officer of DTC, and Dr. Adel Alsharji, Chief Operating Officer of Presight.
The partnership focuses on integrating cognitive mobility technologies to transform fleet operations and enhance customer experiences. This initiative aligns with Dubai's vision for a greener, tech-enabled future. By leveraging Presight’s AI expertise alongside DTC’s operational scale, the collaboration aims to optimise fleet performance through predictive intelligence and data-driven solutions.

A key component of this partnership is the development of DTC’s EV Mobility Intelligence Platform. This platform will serve as a digital command centre for electric vehicle operations, combining mobile and web applications with real-time telemetry data. Drivers will gain access to an app offering charging insights and route suggestions, while management can utilise dashboards featuring predictive analytics and carbon tracking.
Presight’s AI tools are designed to facilitate smarter decisions in fleet management and resource allocation. Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, stated, "Mobility is one of the clearest examples of how artificial intelligence can create immediate impact. Our work with Dubai Taxi Company demonstrates how applied AI can improve journeys, reduce emissions, and set new standards in sustainable urban mobility."
Ammar Rashed Albreiki from DTC remarked on the company's role in leading the transition towards sustainable mobility. He said, "Dubai Taxi Company is setting the benchmark in the shift toward sustainable and technology-enabled mobility. Working with Presight allows us to integrate intelligence across every level of our operations." The collaboration aims to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for communities served by DTC.
The MoU also lays the groundwork for future initiatives aligned with DTC's AI Strategy. These initiatives will expand the use of sustainable mobility solutions across Dubai’s transport sector. They aim to support the city's transition to electric vehicles while enhancing resilience in transport systems.
Shared Vision for Smart Mobility
The agreement underscores a mutual goal to create intelligent mobility systems that reduce emissions and optimise resources. By aligning DTC’s operational strengths with Presight’s AI capabilities, this partnership positions Dubai as a leader in smart city innovation. It highlights how public transport operators and tech leaders can collaboratively shape future mobility landscapes.
This collaboration not only supports Dubai's ambitions but also serves as a global example of how cognitive mobility can transform transport ecosystems effectively.
