Post-Hajj Phase: Pilgrims Welcomed At Prophet’s Mosque With Enhanced Services
The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has unveiled its operational plan for the post-Hajj phase. This plan focuses on accommodating pilgrims who need to leave earlier and have completed their Hajj rituals this year at the Prophet’s Mosque. These pilgrims performed the Stoning ritual on Dhul-Hijjah 11 and 12, departing Mina before sunset.
The presidency has prepared a comprehensive package of services, including guidance and awareness materials, scientific lessons, and religious initiatives. These efforts aim to enrich the experience of pilgrims visiting the mosque. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, has called on employees to intensify their efforts in providing religious services.

The Iftaa’ Department at the Prophet’s Mosque is available around the clock to answer pilgrims’ questions and inquiries. Additionally, the mosque’s Department of Digital Guidance has invested in modern media and technology, including guidance robots. These resources are available in several languages through qualified translators, programs, initiatives, and activities.
Both paper and digital publications in Arabic and other languages are provided to elucidate religious issues and enrich pilgrims’ experiences. These resources also assist pilgrims in performing the Al-Wada Tawaf (circumambulation), which is the final Hajj ritual.
Besides visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, pilgrims will also visit other mosques and Islamic sites closely linked to the Prophet’s life. This comprehensive approach ensures that pilgrims receive a well-rounded spiritual experience during their visit.
