The Premium Residency Center has granted "Entrepreneur Residency" to over 100 entrepreneurs from more than 20 countries. This announcement was made during the Biban Forum 2025, hosted by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Centre. The event's theme was "A Global Destination for Opportunities."
The Entrepreneur Residency is a key offering from the center, aimed at founders of innovative, tech-driven start-ups. It supports those looking to grow and expand their businesses in Saudi Arabia. This initiative aligns with the Kingdom's goal to attract talent and foster an environment conducive to investment and innovation, contributing to Saudi Vision 2030.

The Premium Residency Center emphasised that granting this residency reflects Saudi Arabia's dedication to attracting global creative minds. It aims to help them develop their businesses within a competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem that promotes economic sustainability. This move is part of broader efforts to enhance the national economy and create high-quality job opportunities.
At the Biban Forum 2025, Monsha’at provided a platform for start-ups, promoting entrepreneurship by bringing together business owners and investment experts. This environment facilitates knowledge exchange and creates opportunities for growth both within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
The center offers seven residency products: Special Talent Residency, Gifted Residency, Investor Residency, Entrepreneur Residency, Real Estate Owner Residency, Limited Duration Residency, and Unlimited Duration Residency. These options provide various benefits such as residing in Saudi Arabia with family members, conducting business, owning property, and inviting relatives to visit.
The granting of Premium Residency is part of efforts to position Saudi Arabia as a global hub for talent and innovation. By supporting entrepreneurs through initiatives like these residencies, the Kingdom aims to achieve its ambitious Vision 2030 goals.
This initiative not only attracts international entrepreneurs but also enhances competitiveness within the local market. It ensures that Saudi Arabia remains an attractive destination for business development and innovation.
