Pre-Owned Boat Show In Dubai Draws Over 5,000 Visitors And Highlights Luxury Yachts
The 11th Pre-Owned Boat Show in Dubai, organised by Viya Marine, a subsidiary of Dubai Golf, ended with impressive attendance and record sales. Over three days, the event drew more than 5,000 visitors, including boating enthusiasts, investors, and luxury yacht buyers. This turnout highlights Dubai’s status as a key regional hub for the yacht and marine leisure industry.
This year's show was themed "A Boat for Everyone," featuring over 50 local, regional, and international brands. More than 64 yachts and boats were showcased, marking a 20% increase from last year. The exhibits included a wide range of luxury yachts, leisure vessels, and speedboats to cater to various preferences and budgets.

Among the standout models were the Riva Gucci, one of only 10 worldwide and valued at around AED3 million. Another highlight was the Greenline 40 Hybrid, which features solar-powered systems for all onboard amenities. These rare models attracted significant attention from visitors.
Leading the lineup was the Italian-built Riva 82 Diva (2024), valued at AED30 million. Meanwhile, the Chapparel boat from the United States, priced at AED68,000, demonstrated the show's inclusivity by appealing to both seasoned investors and first-time buyers.
Abdulla Ali Al Noon, Director of Special Projects at Dubai Golf and responsible for Viya Marine, stated that this year’s edition reaffirmed Dubai’s leading role in supporting yacht industry growth. He emphasised Dubai's position as a top destination for investors and sea enthusiasts in the region.
Al Noon noted that strong visitor numbers and numerous deals concluded during the event reflect confidence among regional and international partners. This confidence is attributed to Dubai’s investment-friendly environment and its integrated ecosystem that combines advanced infrastructure with smart services.
The diverse selection of vessels offered visitors various options suited to different budgets. This variety underscores Dubai's commitment to catering to a broad audience within the marine leisure sector. The event's success further strengthens Dubai’s reputation as a premier destination for yacht enthusiasts.
The show not only highlighted innovative models but also showcased Dubai’s ability to attract global interest in its marine industry. By hosting such events, Dubai continues to solidify its standing as a central hub for maritime activities in the region.
