PIF And Formula E Announce Driving Force Partnership To Enhance Global STEM Education

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Formula E have unveiled the "Driving Force Presented by PIF" partnership. This educational initiative focuses on STEM learning and sustainability. It aims to inspire students aged 8 to 18 through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and digital resources. The program will reach over 50,000 students globally, marking its most significant expansion since its inception last June.

Debuting in south Florida before the April 12th Miami E-Prix, this initiative highlights PIF's dedication to sustainable mobility. The program is part of E360, a unique collaboration that brings together Formula E, Extreme H, and E1 electric powerboat racing. By engaging young minds in STEM education, PIF is nurturing future engineers and sustainability leaders.

Mohammed AlSayyad, PIF's Head of Corporate Brand, stated that PIF is committed to accelerating the growth of electric motorsport. Through the E360 partnership, they aim to maximize impact by uniting Formula E, Extreme H, and E1. This collaboration seeks to empower youth as tomorrow's innovators in sustainable technology.

The program kicked off at Keys Gate Charter School in Miami with a workshop for up to 90 students. These sessions provide young people with opportunities to explore careers in motorsport and sustainability. The goal is to offer access and inspiration for pursuing STEM careers linked to green technology.

"Driving Force Presented by PIF" also marks the launch of "Supercharged," a campaign focused on innovation through E360. This campaign aims to redefine electric racing's future while leading advancements in green technology. Such initiatives are crucial for shaping the future of electric mobility.

Alejandro Agag, founder and chairman of Formula E, Extreme H, and E1, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's impact. He said: "Since introducing the PIF E360 partnership last year, Formula E and PIF continue to look for opportunities to make a positive, real-world impact."
