Philippine Cultural Events To Showcase Filipino Heritage At Global Harmony 2 In Riyadh
The Ministry of Media is set to kick off Philippine cultural events on Friday, part of the Global Harmony 2 initiative at Al-Suwaidi Park in Riyadh. This event, organised with the General Entertainment Authority and the Quality of Life Program under Saudi Vision 2030, aims to celebrate 14 global cultures.
Global Harmony 2 will run until December's end, offering a rich cultural journey that mirrors Saudi Arabia's expanding cultural diversity. It provides residents and visitors a chance to explore various global cultures, promoting understanding and connection among different communities.

The four-day Philippine-themed program will highlight Filipino culture and the contributions of Filipino residents in Saudi Arabia. It will focus on their social and economic roles, cultural activities, and community engagement within the Kingdom.
A diverse schedule includes concerts, traditional performances, handicraft pavilions, and educational activities for children. Numerous singers, influencers, artists, and around 80 exhibitors from different artistic fields will participate.
The ministry recently concluded Indonesian culture days, which spanned three days. These festivities featured a variety of cultural performances, concerts, and pavilions showcasing Indonesian life and arts. The event drew thousands of visitors who enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.
The Indonesian cultural celebrations offered an immersive experience centered on Indonesia's rich heritage. Visitors engaged with artistic shows that provided a lively environment for exploring Indonesian culture.
Global Harmony 2 continues to reflect Saudi Arabia's commitment to cultural diversity through these events. By showcasing global cultures, it fosters a deeper understanding among communities within the Kingdom.
