PCFC Launches Digital Zero Four To Enhance Global Trade With Smart Technology Solutions
The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has unveiled "Digital Zero Four," a pioneering national company dedicated to the smart transformation of commercial operations. This initiative aims to develop digital solutions that bolster global economic growth. The launch signifies a strategic shift towards innovation and smart technology.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of PCFC, highlighted Dubai's role as a hub for innovation and smart technology solutions. He stated that Digital 04 will act as a digital gateway for advanced smart solutions in global business, trade, and logistics services. This includes ports and maritime transport.

Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of PCFC, expressed pride in launching Digital Zero Four as a showcase of technological excellence in logistics. He noted that their national team has developed AI-powered solutions transforming various industries. Through this new venture, they aim to export innovation globally and enhance Dubai's status as a centre for smart technologies.
Al Neyadi further explained that Digital Zero Four will provide AI-backed services enhancing efficiency across sectors like commercial licensing, civil engineering, port security, maritime operations, and customs solutions. The company will be managed by PCFC’s Technology and Digital Transformation sector.
Bin Sulayem emphasised that the launch aligns with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It reflects Dubai’s vision by investing in human capital and advanced technology while leveraging world-class infrastructure to attract investments.
He added that Digital Zero Four is part of the Corporation’s artificial intelligence strategy. It aims to make Dubai a model city for managing logistics services using cutting-edge technologies developed by national talents specialising in technology and artificial intelligence.
The establishment of Digital Zero Four reaffirms PCFC's commitment to cementing Dubai’s status as a world centre for technology, smart systems, logistics, and trade operations. This move is expected to strengthen Dubai's position as one of the most business-friendly environments globally.
