ICJR Congress Praises Dubai AI Academy Initiative

The current session of the congress emphasises technological progress in joint surgery. It introduces modern techniques such as joint design and three-dimensional printing. Additionally, innovation in robotic surgeries is highlighted through workshops conducted by companies specialising in robotics. These sessions aim to train doctors on using modern technologies to minimise human errors caused by incorrect data entry.

Dr. Samih Tarabichi pointed out that Dubai's strategic location and world-class facilities have contributed significantly to the congress's success over the years. The emirate's competitive pricing and secure environment make it an attractive destination for international events like this one.

The Center of Excellence for Artificial Joint Surgery has become a hub for medical tourism, with joint replacement procedures accounting for 60% of its services. Dubai attracts international patients due to its quick appointment scheduling compared to countries like the UK, where wait times can exceed a year. Competitive costs and easy visa processes further enhance its appeal.
