Osool Transport Solutions Welcomes Rwandan Delegation To Enhance Sustainable Transport Practices

A delegation from Rwanda visited Sharjah Taxi and Rafid Automotive Solutions, representing Osool Transport Solutions, a project under Sharjah Asset Management Company. The visit aimed to learn about the companies' operations to support Rwanda's government modernisation efforts and encourage the exchange of ideas and best practices.

The Rwandan delegation was received by Sultan Al Ketbi, CEO of Osool Transport Solutions; Abdulrahman Bin Kanoon Al Shamsi, Director of Accidents and Roadside Assistance Services; Moustafa Shalabi, Acting Director of Operations at Osool Transport Solutions; and Adel Al Ali, Acting Manager of Sharjah Taxi. Sultan Al Ketbi highlighted the importance of hosting such delegations to promote international cooperation and share expertise.

Sultan Al Ketbi emphasised the role of Rafid Automotive Solutions and Sharjah Taxi in advancing Sharjah's vision for innovative, sustainable transport services. These efforts aim to enhance the efficiency of the transport sector while showcasing best practices to international partners, reinforcing Sharjah's position as a leading investment hub.

Sharjah Taxi demonstrated its fleet services to the delegation, focusing on sustainable transport innovations designed to reduce carbon emissions and increase renewable energy use. These initiatives aim to improve service quality and elevate customer satisfaction.

The visit included a detailed overview of Rafid’s Contact and Control Centre operations. This encompassed accident management procedures, routine maintenance, and vehicle inspection services. The delegation also toured Rafid's "Motor Check" facility for both light and heavy vehicles and explored the Auto Express maintenance centre.

Rafid offers a wide range of automotive services such as tyre inspection, air conditioning repairs, and routine maintenance. All services are provided by a team of certified automotive professionals.

The Rwandan delegation expressed their appreciation for the exceptional services provided by Sharjah Taxi and Rafid Automotive Solutions.
