Organizational Guidance Efforts Support Pilgrims' Arrival In Madinah For Hajj

Pilgrims have started arriving in Madinah to embark on their Hajj pilgrimage, with authorities working diligently to ensure a smooth experience. Many pilgrims are settling into hotels in Madinah's central area and visiting the Prophet's Mosque for prayers, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque is providing various services to support their journey.

The General Authority has implemented measures such as preparing the mosque and its courtyards, intensifying cleaning and sanitisation efforts, and ensuring fragrance works before and after each prayer. Carpeting of the mosque and its courtyards is also undertaken. Additionally, umbrellas are washed and opened during the day to shield worshippers from the sun. Access to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah is regulated through pre-booked appointments via the Nusuk app.

Efforts at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport and land entry points like Haramain High-Speed Railway station focus on managing arrivals efficiently. Authorities streamline procedures using advanced technologies to record pilgrim data, facilitate transfers to accommodations, and conduct field checks on grouping schedules from the airport to residences under the supervision of Madinah's Pilgrims Housing Committee.

Pilgrims benefit from awareness, guidance, and healthcare services throughout their journey. Healthcare facilities in Madinah's central area are equipped with medical teams, equipment, and staff to provide necessary care for pilgrims of all nationalities. Awareness campaigns and workshops in medical and emergency care are launched to train medical teams serving with Hajj missions in hotels and pilgrim housing facilities.

These comprehensive efforts aim to ensure that pilgrims can perform their rituals smoothly and safely. The focus remains on providing high-quality services that enable pilgrims to complete their journey comfortably.
