Oracle Expands Presence In Dubai With New AI-Powered Customer Experience Centre To Enhance Digital Economy
Oracle has expanded its presence in Dubai Internet City, a key tech hub in the Middle East, by opening a new Customer Experience Centre. This centre is designed to highlight the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related innovations. The inauguration was led by Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group, and Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group PJSC.
The Customer Experience Centre features the Zayed Innovation Hub, an AI-focused facility that allows customers and partners to explore Oracle's AI solutions through interactive demonstrations. This initiative aims to help organisations in the UAE and the Middle East accelerate AI innovation and discover new business opportunities.

The centre offers access to over 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, which are enhanced with AI capabilities. These resources are intended to assist organisations in training their workforce and advancing their AI initiatives. The hub also includes the popular Oracle Red Bull Racing experience, where visitors can simulate driving a Formula 1 car while learning about real-time data analytics powered by Oracle Cloud.
Ammar Al Malik highlighted Dubai's commitment to fostering innovation through collaboration. He noted that Dubai Internet City has been instrumental in boosting the region's digital economy for over 25 years. "Oracle is a key partner in our vision for a digitally enabled future supported by AI," he said, welcoming Oracle's expansion within their community.
Nick Redshaw, Oracle's senior vice president for Technology in the Middle East and Africa, emphasised Oracle's long-standing partnership with the UAE. "For more than 36 years, Oracle has been a trusted technology partner for the UAE," he stated. The new centre reaffirms this commitment by bringing cutting-edge AI technologies closer to local customers and partners.
The launch of this centre strengthens Oracle's collaboration with Dubai Internet City and supports Dubai's ambition to lead globally in AI adoption. It aligns with the goals of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming for a digitally advanced future.
This development underscores Oracle’s role in advancing the UAE’s digital economy and reinforces its support for the nation's vision of becoming a leader in next-generation technology adoption.
