Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 Launches Fourth Phase Of Water Supply Project To Aid Gaza Residents
The humanitarian initiative, "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3," has commenced its fourth phase in Gaza, focusing on water supply improvements. This phase involves repairing central wells to enhance water delivery to residents. The project is in collaboration with the Coastal Municipalities Water Utility (CMWU), aiming to support basic services amid the ongoing crisis.
This phase targets the repair of about 28 non-functional wells across Gaza's governorates. The goal is to provide water access to approximately 700,000 people, easing their difficult living conditions. The initiative seeks to ensure continuous water supply and improve the quality of life for many residents.

Sharif Al-Nayrab, Media Director of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 in Gaza, acknowledged the consistent support from UAE humanitarian organisations and charities. Notable contributors include Sharjah Charity International, Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Foundation, and Dar Al Ber Society. Their efforts have been crucial in supporting various sectors within Gaza.
Mohammad Arbaei, Deputy Chairman of the Support Committee for Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 in Gaza, detailed previous water-related projects. These included distributing water tankers daily to thousands, drilling primitive "Nazzaz" wells along southern coasts, and creating submersible wells for better access. These initiatives have significantly improved water availability for residents.
Omar Shatat, Deputy Director General for Technical Affairs at CMWU in Gaza, emphasized the importance of this humanitarian effort as a vital lifeline. He noted that the fourth phase of maintaining central wells is among the most impactful initiatives undertaken by the operation so far.
Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 continues its mission across all Gaza governorates. It aims to alleviate hardships faced by residents and ensure access to essential services necessary for survival. This ongoing commitment highlights the operation's dedication to improving living conditions in challenging circumstances.
