The MARAHEB service revolutionizes the traditional check-in procedure by enabling passengers to complete it from the comfort of their own homes or hotels. This comprehensive service encompasses document verification, baggage collection, and the check-in process itself. Additionally, it offers passengers the option to select seats and arrange for extra baggage allowance in advance. Upon arriving at the departure terminal, customers are promptly provided with their boarding passes and baggage tags, significantly smoothing the pre-flight experience.
Accessibility And Flexibility
Available around the clock through the Oman Air app, MARAHEB prioritizes flexibility, allowing passengers to arrange home check-ins at their convenience, up to six hours before their flight's departure. Initially limited to Muscat, there are plans to broaden the scope of this service to include other regions within the Sultanate of Oman, thus enhancing accessibility for more travelers.

With MARAHEB, travellers can select from a range of packages tailored to their specific needs. Options include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum packages, each designed to cater to varying numbers of passengers and baggage quantities.
