NWC Introduces Flexible Installment Program For Household Water And Sewer Connections

The National Water Company (NWC) has unveiled a new installment plan to ease the payment process for household water and sewerage connections. This initiative aims to provide customers with more flexible payment options. The company stated, "We have launched an installment service for water and sewerage house connection fees through two main options. Customers can choose to pay the installment directly at the company or through credit cards from Bank AlJazira, Riyad Bank, Saudi Awwal Bank, Saudi Investment Bank, Emirates NBD, or Al Rajhi Bank."

NWC has highlighted that this installment option is designed to cater to diverse customer needs. Customers opting for direct payment with the company will start with a monthly installment of SAR200, following an initial payment of SAR3500. There is no specified time limit for these installments; they continue until the total amount is paid off. For those choosing bank installments, terms are dictated by individual bank agreements and detailed in digital channels.

The company also offers an installment program for invoiced water service bills, alongside partial monthly bill payments. This initiative is part of NWC's broader strategy to improve service quality and simplify customer interactions through its electronic channels.
