The National Water Company explained that preparations for Ramadan began early through a detailed operational plan for Makkah, concentrating on organised water management and distribution so that supplies remain uninterrupted for neighbourhoods, worshippers, and guests throughout all days of the blessed month.

Company officials stated that the operational plan is proceeding according to schedule, with full readiness at service locations, including operations and maintenance centres in the central area, while field teams rely on modern machinery and advanced tools and continue working around the clock.

To guarantee that supplied water meets required standards, the National Water Company noted that laboratories have carried out more than 16,000 tests, while treatment facilities have processed over 9.6 million cubic meters, reflecting efforts to keep quality and service levels high.

The National Water Company added that customer enquiries and requests are handled through the online branch and the unified number 8004411110, which operates 24 hours, passing reports to maintenance teams tasked with dealing with them under approved standards and specifications.

According to the National Water Company, these measures, together with continuous pumping, intensive field presence, and strict quality checks, are designed to support stable water and environmental services for Makkah’s residents and the large numbers of pilgrims and visitors during the entire Ramadan period.
