Nusuk Care Delivers Over Five Million Services To Enhance Pilgrim Experience
The Hajj and Umrah Gift Charitable Association (Hadiyah) has partnered with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the 'Nusuk Care' project. This collaboration also involves the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, along with several other authorities related to the Hajj and Umrah system.
Hadiyah aims to enhance pilgrims' journeys by increasing awareness and enriching their religious and cultural experiences. The organisation addresses beneficiaries in their native languages, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. Eng. Turki Al-Hatirshi, CEO of Hadiyah, expressed pride in serving as a community partner with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Al-Hatirshi highlighted that Hadiyah provides a range of services to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors. These services include guidance and support, receiving complaints and reports, resolving inquiries, and assisting visitors in using the Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications. The initiative aims to deliver over 5,000,000 services through 143 service delivery sites.
The initiative seeks to establish a unified umbrella for providing guidance services, distribution, and gifts to visitors. This umbrella will be coordinated closely with authorities responsible for the Hajj and Umrah system and will operate under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Eng. Turki Al-Hatirshi emphasized that this initiative is designed to ensure a seamless experience for all pilgrims. By addressing their needs in their native languages and providing comprehensive support, Hadiyah aims to make their spiritual journey more fulfilling.
The 'Nusuk Care' project represents a significant effort to improve the overall experience for those undertaking Hajj and Umrah. Through this partnership, Hadiyah is committed to supporting pilgrims every step of the way.
