President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has allocated US$100 million for urgent relief to Lebanon. Additionally, US$30 million is designated for Lebanese refugees in Syria. This reflects the UAE's dedication to addressing urgent humanitarian needs under its wise leadership.

Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also directed urgent food aid through Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). This initiative aims to support Lebanese people facing difficult conditions.

The UAE has sent 14 aircraft with medical, food, and shelter supplies as part of the 'UAE Stands with Lebanon' campaign. This effort involves coordination with Lebanon's government and international partners like WHO, UNHCR, UNICEF, and IFRC.

Al Kaabi condemned Israel's violations of UN Security Council Resolutions, particularly Resolution 1701. These actions contribute to escalating conflicts in the Middle East, worsening humanitarian crises and endangering civilians' lives.

The UAE also criticised Israeli attacks on UNIFIL peacekeepers in Lebanon. Al Kaabi reiterated calls for ensuring the safety of soldiers involved in UN missions.

The conference underscored the importance of global cooperation in addressing Lebanon's challenges. The UAE remains committed to supporting Lebanon through diplomatic efforts and humanitarian aid initiatives.
