Noor Riyadh To Illuminate The City With Over 60 Light Artworks From November 28

The fourth edition of Noor Riyadh, an annual festival celebrating light and art, will be held from November 28 to December 14. This event will transform Riyadh into a luminous gallery featuring over 60 light-based artworks by prominent Saudi and international artists. The festival's theme, "Light Years Apart," will illuminate key locations across the city with public art displays, workshops, seminars, and community-driven events.

Noor Riyadh is part of the Riyadh Art Program, one of the four Grand Projects initiated by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and aims to establish Riyadh as a gallery without walls, blending tradition with modernity. Managed by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the program seeks to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
