Noor Riyadh 2025 Festival To Feature 59 Artists From 24 Countries Celebrating Light And Motion
The Noor Riyadh 2025 festival, part of the Riyadh Art programs under the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, has revealed the artists participating in its fifth edition. Scheduled from November 20 to December 6, the event will occur at six venues: Al-Hukm Palace district, King Abdulaziz Historical Center, Al Faisaliyah Tower, stc Metro Station, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Station, and Jax District.
Since its launch in 2021, Noor Riyadh has become the world's largest light art festival. It has drawn over 9.6 million visitors and displayed 450 artworks by prominent local and international artists. The festival has also set 16 world records in the Guinness World Records.

This year's festival will feature 59 artists from 24 countries. They will showcase works that explore the interplay between light, time, and motion. These pieces aim to capture Riyadh's dynamic spirit as it moves toward the future.
The theme for this edition is "In the Blink of an Eye." This concept will be explored through various artworks across different locations in Riyadh. The festival aims to reflect on rapid changes and fleeting moments.
A team of curators is guiding this year's creative vision. Mami Kataoka, Director of the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo; Li Zhenhua, curator and founder of Beijing Art Lab; and Saudi curator Sara Almutlaq are leading this effort. Their expertise brings a diverse perspective to the festival's artistic direction.
The event also includes cultural activities and guided tours designed to enhance visitor engagement. These activities provide an opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in an environment that blends creativity with community interaction.
Visitor Experience and Engagement
Visitors can expect a rich experience with various cultural activities complementing the art displays. Guided tours will offer deeper insights into the artworks and their themes, fostering a greater appreciation among attendees.
