NHC Signs Strategic Agreements Worth SAR 30 Billion At Real Estate Future Forum 2025 To Boost Development
The National Housing Company (NHC) has entered into multiple agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with both government bodies and private sector firms, amounting to nearly SAR 30 billion. This significant achievement was under the auspices of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef during the Real Estate Future Forum 2025.
Among these agreements, a notable memorandum of understanding was established with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. This MoU aims to boost collaboration in supply chains and the Industrial Links Program, focusing on increasing local content and enhancing efficiency within the real estate development sector.

In another strategic move, NHC signed an MoU with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) alongside Al Saif Company. This partnership is set to advance construction development through off-site construction technologies, aiming to modernise building processes.
NHC also prioritised supply chain services by signing agreements with nine real estate development companies. These collaborations are expected to streamline operations and improve service delivery within the sector.
Two open purchase agreements were finalised with Zamil Air Conditioners Factory, complemented by another agreement with alfanar Company. These deals are part of NHC's strategy to enhance operational efficiency in real estate projects.
The forum also witnessed the unveiling of the Logistics City project at Khuzam Destination. This venture involves a partnership between NHC, CETC China Construction, and Alrawaf Contracting. The project aims to bolster supply chain efficiency in real estate, strengthen the national economy, and support future development initiatives.
Focus on Human Resource Development
To support human resource growth, NHC signed an MoU with the Saudi Media Academy. This collaboration focuses on training initiatives that include specialised programs designed to qualify and develop the national workforce effectively.
These agreements collectively aim to enhance various aspects of real estate development in Saudi Arabia. By fostering partnerships across different sectors, NHC is poised to drive significant improvements in supply chain management, construction technology, and workforce development.
