NHC Partners With CACC To Construct Over 1,400 Residential Units In Jeddah's Rehab Al-Sadan Project
The National Housing Company (NHC) has partnered with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CACC) to develop the Rehab Al-Sadan project in Jeddah. This collaboration, witnessed by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, aims to create over 1,400 residential units. The project is part of the larger Al-Sadan destination, which is being developed to meet international standards and cater to Saudi families.
Al-Sadan destination is a vast urban development covering 4.2 million square meters. It offers integrated infrastructure and services like mosques, schools, healthcare centers, sports clubs, and commercial facilities. Additionally, it includes half a million square meters of green spaces and safe paths for pedestrians and cyclists, promoting a sustainable living environment.

This agreement highlights the growing cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China. During Minister Al-Hogail’s recent visit to China, several strategic agreements were signed. These include plans to construct 20,000 housing units across the Kingdom, aiming to boost real-estate development and enhance housing supply.
NHC's strategy focuses on building integrated urban communities that improve quality of life. This aligns with the Housing Program goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to increase homeownership rates to 70%. The partnership with CACC supports these objectives by ensuring sustainable building materials and increasing housing availability.
The Rehab Al-Sadan project is designed according to the Kingdom’s highest urban planning standards. It aims to provide model residential destinations that align with global benchmarks. This initiative reflects NHC’s commitment to advancing its leadership as the region’s largest real-estate developer.
NHC continues to drive national transformation through large-scale residential projects. By securing sustainable supply chains for building materials and meeting global standards, NHC underscores its role in enhancing housing options in Saudi Arabia.
