New Murabba Launches Second Cohort Of Graduate Development Program For Saudi Graduates
New Murabba, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has initiated the second group of its Graduate Development Program. This program welcomes 31 promising Saudi graduates into a two-year journey aimed at preparing them for significant roles in one of the Kingdom's most ambitious urban projects. The initiative underscores New Murabba's dedication to nurturing young Saudi talent as future leaders.
The program is notable for its diverse development activities, which include both technical and soft skills courses across various subjects. Participants will engage in an immersive experience that combines practical learning, on-the-job training, mentorship, and leadership development. This approach ensures graduates are well-equipped for their future roles.

Michael Dyke, CEO of New Murabba, highlighted the significance of this initiative by stating, "The Graduate Development Program is not just a training initiative; it is a long-term investment in talent, innovation, and the future of both New Murabba and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By empowering young Saudi professionals, we are investing in the minds that will help us shape a world-class destination and deliver on our vision for generations to come."
Since its inception, the New Murabba Graduate Development Program has supported 47 male and female graduates through its previous editions. The program has attracted approximately 12,000 applicants since it began. This highlights the growing interest among Saudi youth in contributing to national development initiatives.
The introduction of the second cohort represents a crucial step in New Murabba’s long-term strategy to develop talent. It aligns with Vision 2030's goals to empower Saudi youth by providing them with opportunities to grow and lead. The program aims to equip participants with skills necessary for shaping a world-class urban environment.
The comprehensive nature of this program reflects New Murabba’s commitment to fostering innovation and leadership among young Saudis. By focusing on both technical expertise and personal growth, the initiative prepares graduates for pivotal roles in the Kingdom's future urban landscape.
This strategic move by New Murabba not only supports national objectives but also ensures that young professionals are ready to contribute effectively to ongoing and future projects within Saudi Arabia. The emphasis on developing local talent is crucial for achieving sustainable growth and progress.
