New Murabba Unveils Ambitious Hospitality Development Plans At Future Summit In Dubai
The New Murabba Development Company participated as the platinum sponsor at the Future Hospitality Summit in Dubai from September 30 to October 2. The event aimed to connect with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, such as leaders, investors, and developers. The company shared its ambitious vision for sustainable growth within the sector.
During the summit, CEO Michael Dyke led the executive team in presenting New Murabba's strategic plan for advancing hospitality. The focus was on infrastructure development, seamless transportation systems, improved recreational facilities, and modernized life amenities. These elements are crucial for revitalizing key sectors like hotels, hospitality centers, and retail destinations.

Michael Dyke stated, "Our goal is to establish New Murabba as a premier destination for tourism and hospitality in the region." He emphasized their commitment to setting new benchmarks in sustainable urban development while embracing industry evolution. Dyke believes that the hospitality sector is vital for fostering vibrant communities and boosting local economies.
New Murabba plans to include over 100,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, and 500,000 square meters of retail space. The development will feature entertainment venues, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. "New Murabba is redefining urban living with its 'born smart' city concept," Dyke explained.
A highlight of the summit was the Mukaab, touted as the world's largest and most complex structure. This cube-shaped marvel spans over 2 million square meters of floor space and integrates mixed-use properties across all asset classes. It offers immersive shopping, dining, and cultural experiences.
The Mukaab stands 400 meters in width, height, and depth—large enough to house 20 Empire State Buildings. It combines modern Najdi architectural design with cutting-edge digital and holographic technology. Visitors can enjoy a unique blend of premium hospitality, retail options, cultural experiences, and entertainment.
New Murabba's "born smart" city concept promises over 100,000 high-quality homes with world-class amenities. It includes state-of-the-art schools and healthcare facilities seamlessly integrated into Riyadh's metropolitan area for unmatched convenience.
This ambitious project aims to position New Murabba as a leading hub for tourism and hospitality in Saudi Arabia. By focusing on sustainable growth and innovation within the sector, it seeks to enhance community vibrancy while contributing significantly to economic development.
