New Murabba And Honeywell Collaborate On MoU To Enhance Digital Transformation In Riyadh

New Murabba, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Honeywell. This agreement aims to support the development of New Murabba in line with PIF's strategic goals. These goals include empowering the private sector, enhancing local content, and building digital infrastructure. The initiative also aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by promoting digital transformation.

The MoU was signed by Mamdouh Al-Quraishi, Chief Corporate Services Officer at New Murabba, and Abdullah Al-Juffali, President of Honeywell in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This agreement sets up a framework for both companies to explore opportunities using Honeywell's automation solutions. These solutions encompass consulting, supply, and implementation services in digital transformation and smart technologies.

The collaboration is set to enhance the smart infrastructure of New Murabba, including the Mukaab, a futuristic icon planned for Riyadh. The partnership aims to create an innovative urban experience through advanced technologies. This aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives by fostering digital transformation across the destination.

Michael Dyke, CEO of New Murabba, expressed pride in partnering with Honeywell. He highlighted that this collaboration would help deliver a smart downtown that mirrors Saudi Arabia's ambition to build future cities.
