Senior leaders from gaming, esports, sports, and entertainment sectors will gather at this premier event. It aims to foster dialogue and explore collaboration opportunities that will shape these dynamic industries' future. The conference is expected to attract over 1,500 participants globally, featuring keynote speeches, panels, forums, and new initiative launches.

Notable speakers include Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan, Chairman of the Saudi Esports Federation; Prince Fahad bin Mansour bin Nasser, Chairman of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance; and Ralf Reichert, CEO of the Esports World Cup Foundation. Other prominent figures are Casey Wasserman from the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Organizing Committee and Peter Moore, former CEO of Liverpool FC.

The event will also feature Toshimoto Mitomo from Sony and Brian Ward from Savvy Games Group. Senior officials from the Esports World Cup Foundation like Mike McCabe, Faisal bin Homran, Fabian Scheuermann, and Mohammed Al Nemer are key participants as well.
