Neo Space Group Acquires Display Interactive To Enhance Global In-Flight Connectivity Solutions

Neo Space Group (NSG), a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and a leader in Saudi Arabia's commercial space services, has announced its acquisition of Display Interactive (DI). DI is known for its innovations in wireless in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC). This acquisition aims to bolster NSG’s position as a top provider of integrated, multi-orbit solutions with global coverage.

NSG and DI have been working together on product development since 2023. Their collaboration deepened in May 2024 when DI launched the Skywaves® satellite connectivity system alongside NSG. This acquisition represents the next phase of their partnership, accelerating advancements in in-flight connectivity (IFC).

The integration of DI’s technology will allow NSG to offer a unified IFC solution. This includes intelligent traffic management through Skywaves® and a seamless digital passenger experience via the SkyFly portal. The SES Open Orbits™ network supports this system by routing traffic across multiple satellite providers, ensuring uninterrupted high-speed connectivity globally.

NSG collaborates with leading aerospace partners to ensure smooth integration across airline fleets. This makes advanced IFC more accessible and simplifies deployment for airlines, providing a quicker path to next-generation connectivity.
