UAE: Temperature Increase On Thursday With Clear Skies, NCM Predicts
The upcoming weather forecast from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) anticipates mostly clear skies with some cloud cover from Wednesday to Saturday. A slight temperature increase is expected on Thursday due to weak surface activity and a high-pressure system above. This mild change in weather patterns promises a pleasant few days ahead.
For those near the coast, humidity will rise during the night and early morning hours of Thursday, according to NCM predictions. This could lead to slightly muggier conditions in some coastal regions, marking a subtle shift in the otherwise clear weather.
On Tuesday, the lowest temperature recorded was a cool 14.2°C in Raknah within the Al Ain region, noted at 6:30 am. Such cool temperatures offer a refreshing start to the day amidst the generally warm climate of the region. Moving forward, temperatures are expected to climb slightly on Thursday, providing a warmer atmosphere.
The wind conditions through the period will remain consistent, transitioning from southeasterly to northeasterly directions. They are expected to be light to moderate, occasionally becoming active. Wind speeds will hover between 10 to 25 kilometres per hour, potentially reaching up to 35 kilometres per hour. These breezes are anticipated to maintain calm seas in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, ensuring smooth conditions for maritime activities.
Focusing on the day-to-day weather, Wednesday is set to continue the trend of clear skies, with some patches of clouds appearing occasionally. Similarly, Thursday follows suit but with a noted increase in temperatures, aligning with the slight warming trend predicted.
As the week progresses to Friday, the weather conditions mirror those of the previous days, with clear skies and partial clouds. The wind and sea conditions will also remain stable, ensuring consistent weather for the end of the working week.
Saturday's forecast also predicts clear skies with occasional clouds, maintaining the pattern observed throughout the week. The wind speed and direction will not see significant changes, ensuring a steady and pleasant weather outlook for the weekend.
