The Ministry of Culture has opened nominations for the public to submit their choices for creative names excelling in various cultural sectors. This can be done through the electronic platform dedicated to the fourth edition of the National Cultural Awards Initiative via the link: https://ncajp.moc.gov.sa/. Nominations are open for 11 awards until Thursday, July 11.
After the nomination deadline, specialized committees will sort, evaluate, and arbitrate the submissions. The winners will be announced at the initiative's closing ceremony in September. The 11 awards include categories such as Film, Fashion, Music, National Heritage, Literature, Theater and Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Architecture and Design Arts, Culinary Arts, Publishing, and Translation.

The initiative allows the general public to nominate distinguished intellectuals who have excelled in one of these categories through the electronic platform. This inclusive approach ensures a wide range of talents are recognized and celebrated.
Launched in 2020 as part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the National Cultural Awards Initiative aims to acknowledge achievements by individuals and cultural institutions. It supports the Kingdom's international role in promoting cultural exchange globally.
In its previous three rounds, the initiative honored numerous local and international individuals and cultural institutions. These recognitions were given in appreciation of their significant cultural and artistic contributions.
The initiative is a key component of the National Culture Strategy. It seeks to stimulate international cultural exchange by highlighting outstanding achievements within Saudi Arabia's cultural landscape.
The Ministry encourages everyone to participate by nominating deserving candidates who have made notable contributions to their respective fields. This effort not only celebrates individual excellence but also enhances Saudi Arabia's cultural presence on a global stage.
The awards serve as a testament to the Kingdom's commitment to fostering a vibrant cultural environment. By recognizing excellence across diverse sectors, it aims to inspire continued innovation and creativity within the arts community.
This year's ceremony promises to be a significant event that will highlight exceptional talents and their contributions to culture. The Ministry looks forward to celebrating these achievements with both national and international audiences.
