National Center For Strategic Partnerships Launches Three New Academies In Key Economic Sectors
The National Center for Strategic Partnerships (NCSP) has introduced three new national academies at the Non-Profit Sector in Education and Training Forum. These academies aim to enhance national skills in strategic areas like the cement industry, non-profit sector, and tourism and hospitality. With these additions, there are now 45 strategic partnership institutes and academies across 25 cities and governorates, covering 18 key sectors.
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) supports this initiative, which aligns educational outcomes with job market needs. It also promotes collaboration among public, private, and non-profit sectors. This effort contributes to a sustainable training system that prepares national talents for promising fields.

The National Cement Academy was established through a collaboration between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and Yanbu Cement Company. The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources also supports this initiative. The academy offers specialized programs to equip national cadres with technical, production, and administrative skills needed in the cement industry.
In partnership with the Nomu Foundation, the National Academy for the Non-Profit Sector provides professional training for employees of charitable organizations, endowment funds, and non-profit companies. These programs aim to improve institutional excellence and ensure compliance with national regulations while adhering to international best practices.
Tourism and Hospitality Development
The National Academy for Culinary and Hospitality was launched in collaboration with the Culinary Association. This academy focuses on developing Saudi talent in culinary arts, restaurant management, and supply chains. It supports localization efforts within the sector and strengthens its role as a significant economic contributor.
Overall, these academies are part of a broader strategy to align education with labor market demands. They foster partnerships across various sectors to create an effective training system that empowers national competencies in diverse fields.
